I enjoyed my second stay at a Lifestyle property.

Both of my apartments (Roberthof - 2007 and Taborstrasse- 2009 afforded great locations - access to city center and my workplace (VIC).

Your staff, esp. Susanne and Rani could not have been nicer. Always very helpful and accommodating.

Great property to work with. We have been using these apartments for several different clients. Every time the team was very helpful and the quality of the apartments is very high. So if you are staying in Vienna and you are looking for feel-like-at-home accommodation this is the property to contact.

For UEFA EURO 2008 we contracted 70 apartments with Lifestyle at 6 of the city centre locations. We used the apartments for our long stay staff spending 2-4 months at the International Broadcast Centre at the Messe - for a total of over 4,700 room nights.

The apartments, facilities and locations were much appreciated by our staff. The locations have been well selected and the buildings carefully and thoughtfully re-modelled. This is far better than hotel accommodation, both in terms of the home-style feel, and in terms of the price per night.

From a business point of view it was a pleasure to work with Lifestyle Living: uncomplicated contract negotiation followed by simple invoicing.

All in all a great product and service, and one which we would very much like to see extended or copied in other great European cities. A real boon to the long or mid term business visitor.

Very nice living conditions for extended business stays - basement back door needs to be secured however, similar to the rest of the facilities...

Strange thing about this is that pretty much at every turn the building is cardkey secured, but any street person or individual with issues, can access the facility without even sneaking in, thus defeating the entire cardkey system basically.

Overall very nice and so far pleasantly surprised.

Dear Nina, please find my feedback on receptionists of Roberthof, Syed and Daniel, who were helping me during my stay at your apartment.

Syed:
Very kind and pleasant man. He always was not just a receptionist, he was a friend with whom I could speak about any theme. His willingness to get to know the deepest details of me never bothered. HIs strength is in communicating with people. He always had authority with me.

Daniel:
He impressed me with knowledges in household appliances. He helped me many times in tuning DVD, phone, etc. But I think he is too laconic in communication with people, he has to be more "open" to them.

During my short association with the Company, Lifestyle-Living, I have noted that our Managing Director, Nina, is a very conscientious, hardworking person and very honest/true to her work and responsibilities. Through her tireless efforts all along, she has since acquired all the requisite knowledge and skills, necessary for her job, which are actually very important and multi-winged responsibilities. Mostly she has to sacrifice her private and family time for the proper and timely discharge of her very important duties as the Chief Steward of the Company. wollte für einen golfevent 5 apartments für je 1 monat in 1190 wien buchen - war aber leider nie möglich jemanden im büro zu erreichen. schade - es wäre sonst ein tolles konzept!!

Ich bin kurzfristig Anfang Mai beruflich von
Deutschland nach Wien übersiedelt. Nachdem wenig Zeit blieb,
mich persönlich um eine Unterkunft zu kümmern und ich natürlich
keinerlei Ortskenntnisse besaß war ich sehr erfreut über den Tipp
eines Kollegen zu Lifestyle-Living.

Abwicklung, Buchung und Service waren 1a und zuverlässig.
Die Appartments sind super und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Auch bei der Vertragsende gab es keinerlei Probleme.

Rundherum die beste Lösung für Wien-Neulinge oder Interimsgäste.
Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

I already stayed 4.5 month at Roberthof and I enjoyed it. The appartment was really comfortable and made me feel like at home.
Special thanks to Susanne Amstaetter and Mr. Rani for making everything happen. It was a great pleasure to stay there and everthing was well organized. All my requests were answered immediately and small problems were solved quickly.
My visitors felt really comfortable as well.

We are a married couple, Americans, about 65 years in age, and we are experienced world travelers. We've been in Vienna many times before, always staying in hotels, typically 4-star hotels. This time (January 2006), we were to be in Vienna for two full weeks while one of us worked and the other was a tourist. A friend told us about LIFESTYLE LIVING, and in particular about the
ROBERTHOF, 45 Untere Donaustrasse.

Every aspect of our 2-week stay was wonderful. The website helped us a lot to decide which apartment to ask for. The staff (especially Nina Einicher! -- she was wonderful!) at Lifestyle Living took our reservation by phone from the US, arranged everything, and when we arrived all was in order. We never had any problems or issues with the apartment in the Roberthof, but we did have 3 or 4 questions, and each question was answered courteously and promptly. The apartment itself was beautiful, in an old but nicely refurbished building. Our place was well appointed with modern furniture, and was clean as a whistle, warm, and quiet. The phones worked well for either local calls or calls internationally back home, which were made at rates that are fully competitive with any others available. At the end of our 2 weeks, we paid everything easily with our VISA card.

We will return to the Roberthof, and to the gracious service of the Lifestyle Living staff, whenever we are in Vienna again. It was a refreshing experience, and so much nicer than a hotel.
